CLEVELAND, Ohio – As Almira Elementary’s final daily school bell rings, Zoey glances down at her black top and magenta skirt. She’s relieved to see they’re both still clean, as she won’t have time to wash the costume before she heads to the Dancing Classrooms team competition this evening.
CLEVELAND, Ohio – As Almira Elementary’s final daily school bell rings, Zoey glances down at her black top and magenta skirt. She’s relieved to see they’re both still clean, as she won’t have time to wash the costume before she heads to the Dancing Classrooms team competition this evening.
Just a few hours ago, both fifth-grade classes showed off their new ballroom dance moves to their peers in the school gymnasium, giving the students who weren’t invited to the competition a chance to experience performing in front of a crowd, too.
